Personal Assistant Wanted

We are looking for someone to work as a personal assistant for a cheerful and lively man. He has a mental developmental disability and requires assistance around the clock to create a meaningful everyday life in his own home. He is social and enjoys participating in various activities, and we are looking for someone who can contribute to a stimulating and engaging environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience or a strong interest in working with individuals with disabilities.
• Is engaged, proactive, and has a drive to create a positive everyday life for the client.
• Is familiar with local activities and can encourage social activities both at home and in the community.
• Is flexible and can work night shifts.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Is non-smoking and has a driver's license.

Desired qualities and experiences:

• We are looking for both men and women, preferably thirty years and older, who have good physical health as the job involves support and fall prevention measures.
• We appreciate a cheerful demeanor and a desire to create a positive atmosphere.
• You should be confident in taking initiative and recognizing interests to make everyday life meaningful and fun.
